Paulyn, sis, palit lang sa itech. kai custom na ang firmware sa ilang mga baligya. meaning dili naka maglisod.
Ayaw palit sa PSP na ang firmware version kai 1.5 lang. basin mag lisod ka. daghan pa buhaton para magamit na nimo tudo ang not to mention daghan pa features kulang also wala nasad available nga 1.5 nga brandnew.

Adto lang palit sa itech sis. di ka magmahay then naa pa cla mga advice nimo. 3.40OE ang pinaka nice na PSP na makaplay na og you-know-what-but-is-forbidden-to-be-discussed-here. hehehe. kung makapalit join lang sa gathering para ma tudlo-an ka unsaon pag maximize sa use sa imong psp.

and besides thats wat ive heard man sad from my friends dha na itech is currently
offering the 1.5 which u can later have it customised by them. (as indicated in their brochure
that their current psps are 1.5)

iv heard man sad gud na naay mga bugs pa ang 3.40OE (3.30OE pako kai dli pa necessary jd for me if im just using it for gaming )...and not much man sad ang difference cguro nila unless naa jd mga games na mag require ug 3.40...but hey if 3.40OE na jd ang available sa itech then shouganai neh...

check lang sad diay ko if sa higher cfw (3.10OE above) if pwede ba ang usbhost...??

**edit** tempting na diay mu suway ug 3.40OE noh kai naa man diay to ang bleach 4... :P ....sure mu bro na walay probs ang 3.40OE para ninyo? checking lang....

ang kangn ingon nila na bug sa 3.40 OE mu gawas lang na i i customize nimo ang icons... and yes mo work ang usbhost sa tanan nila baligya. which nice.. ang only problem lang is kanang mga colored psp of which naa issue ang brightness (inverted) but you can live with it. its still very much ok. But if you are like me nga ma annoyed at this you can hack it so that the brightness wont be inverted (i hacked my silver psp). So far sa mga naka 3.40oe nga wala nag cutomize sa mga icons wala man problem. And also bai if safety man gani ang istoryahan mas safe pa i balik og lower custom firmware ang 3.40OE kai naa naman siya recovery menu ang 1.5 wala pana recovery menu incase ma brick ang imong 1.5psp while installing a custom firmware wala na kay mahimo. pero kung 3.40 OE ka install lang nimo diretso ang 3.03 OEc for example ok ra.. di na kinahanglan mubalik sa 1.5 tried this many times on my psp ang others.

^^dba OE's must be in 1.5 for you to install them , the initial OE installment, regardless of what version...?

btaw, i myt still be based on the times when ta-079 and 81 are the most reliable as they dont have the bootstraps to go down to 1.5 not unlike our ta-82's and 86's... i still stand by 1.5 (even if they are sold as downgraded units) since there are no assurance that the viewers here are in cebu or in any area where the store that sells them provide the OE's..(naay chance dba) so, its best that she or anyone would go for the 1.5 not unless they are offering the cfw, from there they can ask for any1's help here or through the net.. ....just my two centavos (naa pa ba ni..hihihi)
