yes, walay problem if mag.self study. Until you realized that you lost much of your time because no one would teach you in the times na ma.stock up ka in a specific topic or exercise. Niya mawad.an na ug gana kay lisod daw kaayo. So mao sad na ang advantage bai if daghan mo mag.koyog like magdungan ta ug take ug cisco, tinabangay lang gd if ever mdayon. Para sad paspas ang progress ba.

Typical day sa office? depende unsa kadako inyo network ug inyo company/organization.
Kung junior/senior position kah example sa call center infra, you will support LAN/MAN/WAN operations particularly IDF, Data Centers across multiple sites. Apil na switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, etc. sa WAN you will collaborate 3rd party ISPs like Globe/PLDT maintaining your primary and redundant circuits.

Kasagaran network engineers sa call centers kay nag support ug multiple sites. You will design/configure/maintain redundant network connectivity to support the business, that includes Business Continuity Plan (BCP) ug kasagaran dagko nga company naay ITIL-based Change Control process to be followed/applied whenever naa changes nga e implement impacting or affecting production (large number of users especially agents taking calls).

Bottom line, you will always work in a diverse technology team/groups from local and remote sites. Diverse meaning lahi2x nga team, like Telecom/Voice, Desktops, Systems, Helpdesk, Developers/Programmers, etc. and you belong to Data Network team.

Kung sa gamay ra ka nga company/organization nag work, so gamay ra pud nga network imo e manage or maintain, that means dli kayo complicated imo work.

Naa pa diay ni sila gi follow nga Incident Management System or Service Desk or Helpdesk Ticketing System,, so magkuyog na sya sa Change Control or Change Management System. other large companies call it Event Management but it's still the same process.

mao na, kung sa dagko company ka mag work, knanglan kbw jud ko mo manage sa imo time ug imo priorities effectively. kasuway na ko ana.. usahay maglabad ako ulo. hahaha.. karon tawn, kapahuway na ko. pero di ko magsalig. kbw gyapon ko mo hit sa deadlines..

murag maau jud nimo pagka-digest ning mga rfc & underlying protocols bro. ako naglibog pa jud ko why EIGRP is running at layer4 port88 while OSPF is riding at layer 3 port 89. bgp at layer4 port 179 tcp, is-is is at layer 2 but diri jud ko naglibog ug maau; rip is at layer 4 udp port 520 but huawei claimed it's running at layer7...
