unlike the feature phones of the late 90's and early 2000's, halos gamay na lang gyud ang differentiation between the music quality (at least when heard from the headphones) among the high end smartphones

Sony Live with Walkman! Pero karaan naman ug wala na siguroy units available. Ang iOS devices ug HTC nice ug sound quality.

TS unsa imong gi mean nga best smartphone music? by headset/earpiece or built-in speaker sa phone. Kay kung sa IEM/OEM magdepende sad jud na sya sa kung unsa klase nga earbuds or headphone imong gamit. Ug mo matter sad jud kung gi unsa nimo pag templa ang equalizer. Bottomline is, we all have different sound preferences.

you can always turn your smartphone in to a good music player, if you buy a good set of earphones. pwede ra ka palit ug barato nga phone, then mahalon nga earphones. sulit na na para music. hehehe!

daghan nako nasuwayan nga mga DSP manager and so far this one takes the cake
so far as my Android phones and my Audio Techica headphone are concerned.

apparently naay version available sa Playstore (unofficial ?). I haven't tried it.
