    there is no point of comparing... those person on the other line needs a job, so even if they have to look at their kodigo to make ends meet in their life, they'll do it... so if you think you know what caused your internet woes, then tell them straight out the first 5 seconds of your call that you want them to check out your line... tell them to send a technician to check your line, rather than wait for them to ask you to do those troubleshooting steps...
    end result - shorter call and you did not have to criticize those who are just doing their job...

    Ako, bahalag dli kaayo maayo ang agent basta maayo lang og customer service. ambot, wala gyud ko malipay sa smart bro. almost 1 year na ako globelines broadband then contented gyud ko so far..

    Got new for us ppl using the smart wifi, kaning service nila nakabase sa "base stations" located in every cell site (i think) of smart. Kung naa magkaboang inyo connections try this site to change your base station, http://169.254.1.1/, karon look at the General Status the higher the RSSI and the lesser the jitter the better, then go to CONFIGURATION then click the Radio Tab, tan-awa ug pag.ayo the number sa COLOR CODE, remember that. Go to TOOLS then AP Evaluation Tab, basaha lang tanan then every AP (Access Point) is separated by "***********************" tan.awa color code of each then selec the best mnakita sad niniyo dha pla ang gagamit usa ka base station. Kung mag.ilis gani ka base station go back to configuration then change the color code as preferred nmu sa imung nakita-an sa AP evaluation the, SAVE CHANGES tab then REBOOT tab.

    This worked for me, but there are times kung guba gyud wa gyud. but at least dili nata maghuwat sa TECH Personnel nga dugay kaayo motonga, mu schedule pa... and useful kaayo ni kay d nko mag cge ug tawag sa *1888 and cge ta kadugog "OK NAMAN YUNG CONNECTION NINYO SIR SA BASE STATION NAMI" usahay makaingon gud ko nga OK sa inyong mata nga cge lang Request time out.

    mao na ang problema kay majority of TSRs doesn't know even simple technical parts of PC and networking. Maayo lang moenglish! And I can say that's b**ls**t!

    Mga feeling ra ba! Mao unta na hunahunaon sa mga call centers na it's not all about good english but talent!

    murag 5 times nku ni tawag.... everyday.. same answer lng ila ihatag.. mo email pud ta.. cge lng ta gaan ug reklamo no. faeta oi...

    ^i agree with -junmar.... maau lng mo english way talent No offense sa mga CSR agent ha... Not all btaw!
