there is no point of comparing... those person on the other line needs a job, so even if they have to look at their kodigo to make ends meet in their life, they'll do it... so if you think you know what caused your internet woes, then tell them straight out the first 5 seconds of your call that you want them to check out your line... tell them to send a technician to check your line, rather than wait for them to ask you to do those troubleshooting steps...
end result - shorter call and you did not have to criticize those who are just doing their job...
