you guys wondering why kelangan ang photos? its not used before the interview, its not used during the interview, it is used during evaluation and deliberation whether to hire you or not,
if daghan ang nangapply anang adlawa, for the employer to remember who is "Juan", sometimes or most of the times, they will use the picture to recall you from the interview you made.
