    BANAWA ALA branch mam, wala gali nako gitiwas ako 1 month. Sa METAfit mo end mi karon May 28, mo ENTER na pud ko para next hahaha! Nindot mam promise, hilis jud katung mga gahi gahi nga tambok. SHORT lang ang exercise but GRABEH ang singot oi! DILI ni daily ang session ug iDaily pud basin dili makaya sa kakapoy but lingaw hahaha! 3x a week lang for 2 months. wala ko nag promote ha and wala pud koy discount ... share ra ko kay nindot. ang sched ani kay 6pm-8pm tue and thu, 6am-8am sat.

    Sa Banawa man pod ko but wala ko kabantay naay pabor2x.
    Three sparring sessions man ang gi ingon Sa amo, ok ra pod
    k graveh pod ang session hehehe

    Lingaw lageh inyo sessions, like ko Sa page and pirme ko kita

    Importante gud LINGAW, mawala ang KAPOY sa mind.... dili sya boring excited ka mo attend every next session. Lain lain ang tools, simple lang ... duna pud mi exercise sa swimming POOL.
