based on Professional teams, almost wala na jud nagamit ug 26er, mostly 29er and 27.5.

pero imho i'd like to have the 27.5, not too big compare sa 29er and a 5'4" rider will not look ugly in terms and height to bike size

29er - prefered for cross country racers (xc) due to it's greater rotational coverage sa wheels and as i call it the ground and pound sa bumps/berms/potholes, meaning you will have less worries on those things mentioned just get on there and get pass them... extra travel sa suspension if you have 120mm fork it will feel like 130mm or 140mm travel. much harder to bottom out. dagko lang gyud kaau for me.

26er - maneuverability... bunny hops, likay likay, control and everything... much easier to do those than 29er...

27.5 - probably best of both worlds... agility of the 26er and the ground and pound of a 29er...

depende nana mga boss kung asa ka mo fit...

as for subida, best comparison between the wheelset is to put the same guy on 3 sizes, not compare them simultaneously on different riders... you will probably get a better review from the rider but the best thing would be is to try them out yourselves.

then you would see where you would fit.

Ang ako ra guro ma istorya inig abot sa rough road mag gara-gara ko pakosog kay murag molotaw lang 27.5. Mas confident ko mo dolhog sa manipis pero inig tinongasay sus ambot lang bug-at gud.

ako kai dako ko nga tao, i was thinking to get a 29er before kai taas man ko...
but then again... nihit pa ka ayo sa atoa man, BTW have you heard about 69er? IF not...
its a combination of 29er and a 26er, the frame og front wheel kai pang 29er ang rear wheel kai pang 26er,
thats what i got from searching way b4 pa when i decided to buy or assemble my own bike.
karon kai i got a 19" frame for a 6Foot 2inches pure pinoy, sakaan lag gamai ang saddle and perfect.
lisud nag kinto. peru as what i heard my Frame can fit the new 27.5 wheel daw mao daw na ang mga new frame karon in which what i read mao na daw ni for Professional or Olympic standard size nga gamit pohon. peru whatever it is atong sakyan ang importanti ang nag sakai man... as long as your happy with it, be it BMX/MTB/RACERS and all... the more ride you got... the more fun it gets!

    ride safe fellas!

depende sa frame kung mo sakar, usually, kung 26er imo wheel size dapat naay 1 inch allowance sa triangle para ma sigo ang 27.5 na wheelset...
