What I'm saying is -We can't just abruptly believe what we hear. It isn't logical to say "we've done what's necessary" without even scrutinizing the whole story.

I don't totally agree that someone in his right sense and morale is gonna ram someone else's fleat without any reason to do so.

So the implication is this, that the fishermen may have been provoked that is why they did that. It is possible.

But sometimes I feel that these people (foreigners) have the guts to do that because we did not develop a backbone. We never had imposed our authority because we are always afraid, and always apologetic. Even the foreigners in our turf have the guts to malign us and we still basically allowed them to.
