Anybody knows how to make a chicken gravy?

melt 3spoons butter in the pan
put 3 spoonful of flour and stir until well blended
pour 1 1/2 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste
small amount of maggi savor for color and flavor



gravy for burger steak the same, just put button mushroom

add lang ko for better taste:

you need to have a good soup stock --- kanang mga bukog sa baka/baboy pabukalan with out salt
for better taste try this: sauté mga beef strips using
garlic, onion, bell pepper, celery, and salt and pepper to taste
use cosiderable amount of soup stock and pour it to the sautéd beef
bring to boil and drain.
use that sauce as your substitute to water.... (it really add flavor to the gravy)
then follow the steps given by ETL
tip: instead of milk use uht cream kng wla nestlé all purpose

@maeyaxs...just follow any of the procedures of rudjard or ETL...just replace the maggi savor or the beef with chicken meat/cubes...mao na na ang chicken gravy....

Here's a very simple gravy recipe..you can even cook it in the microwave.

Campbell's cream of mushroom soup base + little water + mushroom soy sauce + sliced button mushrooms + pepper then microwave

if you want to make it chicken gravy, replace mushroom soy sauce with chicken broth cubes.
if you want to make it beef gravy, replace mushroom soy sauce with beef broth cubes.

just play around basta campbell's cream of mushroom is a good gravy base.

mga guys.. kinsa ka hibaw mo himo ug gravvy dinhi na pareha sa kfc gani ? or kanang lami lang na gravvy.. like anang sa jollibee pud.. kay atat ayu ko gud.. bisag ang manok sa jollibee di ayu lami mo lami xa tungod sa iyang gravvy..

can anyone give me the ingredients and mga steps on how to make this gravvy.. thanks...
