Its not even available in the shops in Manila...titan22.com which sells limited edition shoes in Manila didn't even get them...I was just lucky enough to get them tru footlocker. The jacket is only for personal use....was even a harder item for me to get. Its quite a unique item in that its made entirely of 3M reflective material. Ill post a picture below to give you a better idea.
