    hello guys,,

    ddnot jud au ang palawan..
share lng ko sa BAD EXPERIENCE namo ddto..

ddto mi sa well known UNDERGROUND CAVE nila..

the bangka driver was polite and funny at the start, which is good..
then he started to say things like their salary is really really cheap compared to the number of tourist that come all the time
then said that if we wanted to go deeper and see the bones ug manatee, we need to add Php100 each..
(this is during the boat ride ha, thinking that we paid the boat ride nah sa bay dapit with receipts )
    which we agreed..

then right after sa boat ride, abi namo nga mbalik mi sa payag where we paid the boat ride before the tour begun, but instead gdala mi sa medyu layu and my dghan nah tanom nga medyu layu sa "reception" area nila pra maningil ug Php100 each.. and imagine we are about 8-10 pipol on that boat.

so we paid, and bale duha man mi kboat, ng.ask ko sa amo kauban sa second nga boat nga nbayad bah cla ug Php100, ingon nila ky ang g.ask daw sa ilaha ky Php50 lng sa ilang bangkero without resibo or anything.
dha nami nhbalo nga ilad jud toh!

HALA! grabeh nman sd kah ilad woi!!!!
imagine Php100 each person sah taga tourist! mas dako pah silag sweldo nko ai!

this should be a warning to all..

have a happy trip and be safe jud!

    Underground river

When we went there I think it went smoothly. walay tikas, walay hasul, just enjoyed the scenery and adventure. except from the two women "balik bayan" and a "foreigner" that was on our group(boat), I was the lightman at that time cause I was sitting sa front, diba inside the cave is pitch black? its so dark and everyone in the boat was so noisy (there were like 3 pairs in the middle) that I couldn't hear a word the guide was telling me to direct the light at. (the guide was on the back.)

when the guide told me "point directly sa front, you can see a dinosaur rock formation" then i was pointing the light sa front and searching kung asa ang dinosaur, it took me 15 seconds then ni comment ang "balik bayan" saying "you don't know what a dinosaur looks like?"... then wala ko ni tubag... ni hilom lang ko... then ni balik siyag ingon "ohh good?.... no reply..." gi tirahan pajud ko niya. hahahaha. mao to. na bum ko the whole trip...

pero in the end. everyone in the group said "I did a great job, and i deserve a tip" daw hahaha then we said our farewells shook hands. pero it was awkward with the balikbayan. hahaha. nindot gihapon bawsan kay wa jud gihapon ni sorry. )

    Itinerary: (I forgot the sequence)
    - Puerto Princesa Underground River
    - Ugong Rock
    - Honda Bay
    - Island hopping
    - Firefly Watching
    - Baker's Hill
    - Immaculate Conception Cathedral
    - Plaza Cuartel
    - Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Consevation Center
    - Sunset dinner at Badjao Seafront Restaurant
    - City Baywalk (stroll, bike, eat street foods)
    - TIKI RESTO BAR <--- party here!
    - kinabuch (dinner)
    - balinsasayaw (dinner)
    - Palawan Butterfly Ecological Garden and Tribal Village
    - Pasalubong center
    - chilling at Prestine bridge (at the back of kookaburra travel lodge where we stayed in)
    - others...

I may have missed some places. kapoy na huna huna. hehehe basta the trip was worth it. We had a lot of fun, if only i could write in details all fun things we did. I'm just lazy and kapoy kung taas ang basahon hahaha :P anyway we all have our own kind of fun, so mas better if you find/creat yours

    Contacts: KTL Travel and Tours

Budget: 7,500 /person ang tour (4 days tour package, at that time)
    Pocket money: 2,000

    Suggestions:
    - first, you research kung when ang perfect season (date) to go there cause it might be jellyfish mating season ( you cant enjoy the beaches/sea, or rainy/habagat season (lubog ang uban beaches tungod sa river) or other stuff...
    - second, canvas on travel agency tours for less hassle or plan your own itinerary and rent a car/mc or commute ( but medyo hassle)
    - third, enjoy

etc: reply to this post if you have questions

    Cheers!
