No match to kung fu.
ahak ma-touch man sad ta haha
John, look at me. Do it.
Do it!
Am I not monstrous?
It is the truth
of my every waking moment.
And yet, despite all, I feel joy.
No, I do, I do!
I hear the bells ring from my room,
the chatter of the nurses.
Once, beyond my window,
I...I watched one of their number
make love to the night porter.
I...I...I have never known that, John.
The...the secret intimacy
of a woman,
that might have told me
I was...desired.
Beautiful in another's eyes.
You, you have known that, John.
Do...do you remember it?
backlogged duha ka episodes dah,
have catching up to do
Last episode karon Monday.
First Copper and now this. Why is BBC cancelling period drama?
Not much build up to the finale but it was very good. Don't really like Long Susan but she stood out in finale.
kaahak bya aning BBC !
would have preferred they axe Atlantis kay way lami hehe
ilang reason to cancel was that they were not able to attract the target audience they wanted.
well, it's a violent show w/ much gore and blood and it's up against a reality TV show
it's a tough sell for teenagers if that's who they have in mind hehe
Axed BBC1 drama Ripper Street to be revived by Amazon for a third series
The Victorian crime drama starring Matthew Macfadyen, Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg will begin filming again in May with episodes available exclusively on the online streaming service.
Back in December, Ripper Street fans were outraged when the drama was axed by the BBC after just two series. Fans flocked to sign petitions and the show's stars bemoaned the abrupt end to a series which was voted the best show of 2013 by RadioTimes.com readers.
But in a move that's sure to delight Ripper Street's impassioned fan base, Amazon have announced plans to bring the drama back.
The streaming service have commissioned a third series of the Victorian crime drama with brand new episodes to begin filming in May, available exclusively to Amazon Prime Instant Video members before screening on BBC1 a few months later.
Along with the new instalments, the online subscription service will also offer the entire first two seasons for customers, with all eight episodes from series one available from today.
"This is an exceptional opportunity to bring back Ripper Street for a third series by working with the right partners," said BBC's Controller of Drama Commissioning, Ben Stephenson. "This deal gives fans another series of the show they love at excellent value to the licence fee payer, ensuring that the BBC can also commission an entirely new, yet to be announced drama series."
Starring Matthew Macfadyen as Whitechapel's Inspector Reid alongside his crime-fighting partners Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg (who play Sergeant Drake and Captain Jackson), Ripper Street first aired in 2012, but struggled in the ratings against ITV juggernaut I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! for the duration of its second series.
Following its axing in December last year, scores of signatures were added to online petitions to campaign for its return with 92% of RadioTimes.com readers voting against the BBC's decision.
The announcement coincides with the first day of Amazon Prime Instant Video - a merger between LoveFilm Instant and Amazon Prime offering more than 15,000 films and TV episodes to stream plus a one-day delivery service on more than 7 million items and access to 500,000 Kindle books to borrow.

They really don't need people to watch their shows. BBC is publicly funded so wala ra ta na sila pakialam sa ratings ug sponsors, as long as naa sila masalida.
