Well, based on my experience, I've purchased quite a number of items from this site.
Regarding multiple accounts, I think it is based on the address that you are using. If you have the same billing/shipping address with another member, e.g., an office mate of yours and you are using your office address in delivering your order, I think its considered a violation to their policy. In that case if two or more of you are members, use unique billing/shipping addresses. It happened to my friends many times, lossing more than 2000++ points.
