im doing it but yeah really expensive and it might work pero discipline gyud kay kung dili luoy ka hunahuan nalang nako ang nagasto pra di ko mag andaran lang gihapon sa kaon..but kung effectivity wise nahh you need to have lots of moolahs for it to work
