    tank u po talaga sir....yes nakit an na ni nako gahapon.....sak2 jud kau iyang gpang ingon noh.......gaka encourage na jud kog diet ug exercise krn...(hehehehehhe)....ok kau na site bai.....akong ate gani akong g pa tan aw sa iya ingon xa ok daw kau......more information and knowledge jud sa kana nga site..........

    sir about sa treadmill....pag mugamit ko kay, ang pinaka maximum nko nga ma achieve nga calories nga maburn kay about 60 cal lang is it enough? or kolang ra......?

    depende pud na sir, how much do you weight now? nya pila pud imu height? kay mag agad man ka sa imo height weight ratio, og overweight pa jud ka kaayo, example +20lbs, mas maayo i abot nimo 100cal, pero og mga 10lbs nalang o below pwede na na nimo i mentain, anyway mag work out pa man ka plus diet, ma achive na na nimo imu desired body kay kinahanglan ra man ta og 1lbs per week ma wala, ako gani abot 300cal ako ma kuha everyday sa threadmill + mo lift pa ko weight 3 hours, plus mo practice pa ko inig ka gabii judo, 5 times a week rest ko sat and sunday, pero ok ra na nako kay adik man ko og sport activity, one year ago over weight ko og 35lbs, pero after 1 year pa nako nakuha ako desired weight, ing ana ka dugay, karun mga 14% na lang na bilin ako body fat, and i feel great! :mrgreen:

    what do you mean by cutting down sir?
    og cutting down weight, low calorie lang ang diet every day,para dili kaayo mo taas ang imo time to jog, or bike or walk kay gamay na man lang iya i burn nga calorie para mo hinay hinay ka kuha ang mga fat, ang daghan jud nga calorie nga food kay rice, soft drinks, spaghetti, icecream, chocolates, tambok sa baboy, og daghan sugar, kay bahala mo kaon ka daghan(just to satisfy youre hunger) basta low calorie lang, nya nakatabang jud nako para di na ko mo kaon extra(kana ba inig human nimo kaon, after 30min. kaon na pud ) drink ko tea(ang ako tea kay lipton ra kana yellow label, ma wala jud ako craving for food after ko maka inum :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    tnx sir....yes overweight ko krn, im 5'6 and 180 lbs...ang akong style krn after ko mukaon kay eat kog saging din drink water jud...para mabusog.....ug 1x a day rako ga rice....pila kaha ang tsada nga ma loss nko nga calorie sa treadmill sir noh? everyday man pud ko ga treadmill....and lifting weights pud....

    i think you can do better than 60 cals. how long are you in the treadmill ?
