correct. If they have the hlurb license then its legit, not registered in pag ibig doesnt mean dle sila legit, one more thing you have to ask if they have previous projects or something para makita nimu and ma compare sa proposed nila.

same with parengjohn bought also some lots from psalms property and very negotiable kung dili mka byad anah nga buwan. about villa louella interesado baya sad ko mo palit ug lot pero ang agent nga maoy tig assist namo if naa mi property ganahan, cya mismo ang nag ingn nga risky dw ang developer sa villa louella ky bag-o pa daw sila ani nga business. ganina lang mi nag talk mag inquire pa ang among agent if legit bah sila or unsa ka lig on ang developer.

There are some projects nga naay HLURB license but cannot deliver what they've said.

Just make sure nlng na Pag-ibig and Bank Accredited ang property inyo gipalit, check their previous development, who are the owners and don't be too attracted just because its affordable, you always get what you pay for.

Last Sunday I went to the mall and found this Villa Louella Homes na staff. Interested ko mupalit ug property that's why I entertained them. Their offer is good, 0% interest sila, 5yrs to pay. Willing naku mu pay sa downpayment but I have this doubts basin ug di sila legit ba. Ang ila office is naa daw sa deca homes lapulapu, nag rent sila temporarily. How do i know na legit dyd sila? Dili pa daw sila register sa PAG-IBIG, mao nakuyawan pd ko. In-house financing lang sila.

Any help on this guys?

Additional Info dii, naa ko kaila nga taga didto dapita sa Villa Louella homes. He told me, na on-going pa daw ang case ana sa property sa VILLA LOUELL Homes. When I opened it to them, ingun sila nahuman na daw ang case, nagbinayranay na daw sila sa Manila. Just want to make sure dyd na legit sila before ko magbayad. Kay sayang ang money.
