I never did develop a liking for any software that is Microsoft. Used their C compiler but I find using their command frustrating, imagine every command having an underscore they just don't know how difficult it is to type an underscore(especially if your a touch typer) you need to press 2 keys.
My suggestion would be to go borland or even better GNU C just study the basic of C and then proceed to C++ immediately kay lisod ka ug sabot kun dunganon nimo ang oop with structured programming. Most especially you must have a project. Been reading on java for quite sometime pero limot dayon after pila ka weeks kay wala lagi project.javascript:void(0);

You can study on a learning institute.... the moment you will understand the logic, basin maka ingon ka, sayang sa kwarta.... when u will be working na, and ur given a project, d naman ka maka ingon nga "mo skwela sa ko".... ul have to research on ur own.... --> which is a good training for you.... schools are for basic foundation, the rest is for u to try and explore nah....
Kung naa kay makit-an nga fascinating, keep asking yourself nalang unsaon kaha kung i code na nako sa C noh? Himo ug game sa nokia nga Snake using C, himo ug traffic light using actual hardware.... diha ka ma beterano....
if naa ka time , mo ari diri, ari lang pag take sa imong training....
http://www.mitc.com.ph/top/tsprogramming.html
pero after sa imong training unsatisfied japon ka because dili nila itodlo ang tanan , they only cover the basic to intermediate level.... and its up to you to explore and become expert....
