PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUCEMENT: Due to road permit difficulties, we regret to inform everyone that Outbreak Cebu will be postponed to February 23, 2013.

Apparently, even zombies aren't immune to the Cebu holiday traffic. Don't fret... with the added time between now and then, a bigger horde of zombies can now get there to make your "nightmares" even better.
