Blame the people who put these people into office. It is not whether it is acceptable or not but it is just that Majority of the voter's are not mature enough plenty can still be bought by money or by promises. Bottom line is personal interests prevail over the interest of the community and the nation.

Majority are poor and undeducated so we cant blame them with their choices. It's still with our leaders to change our culture and turn around our situation. When will the good guys find enough strength to run for office?

Is a feudal-style democracy a real democracy or feudalism dressed up in democratic clothes? You can put sheepskin on a wolf, but it is still a wolf. The Philippines is not a democracy.

Even the rich/educated can also be bought by money. Imprudence of democracy LOL. There are good leaders out there barely unrecognized aside from political dynasties.
