update: so far wala man nagpa ramdam ang ni attack ato nga gabii nga pamilya. i was waiting for that guy nga gahukas-hukas bah. pero mao pud ni akong problema aning mga tawo nga inun-ani... kung ako nay mo atubang, mokalit lang ug hilom. i waited the whole day yesterday for them to actually visit.


@angel_pyroRAPTOR - sakto pud bro. but i believe that girl tried to squeeze (kanang man gigil bah) my dog. mao nasuko.
@brian joshua - absolutely... dogs are there to help us sa pag bantay. (i believe na more effective than guards)
@P-Chan - i'd agree... pero dogs wont do a thing man guro if they find their amo nga naa bisita dayon gipasulod. they only bark too much.. hahahaha
@cirose - gikamang dyud daw sa girl. considering nga sudlonon ang counter.
@sexy.rouge24 - uu normally they sleep too much but when they sense something, they tend to get too much alert.

Sec. 5 Responsibilities of Pet Owner

f. Assist the dog bite victim immediately and shoulder the medical expenses incurred and other incidental expenses relative to the victim's injury.

Sec. 11 Penalties

4. Pet owners .... and do not shoulder the medical expenses of the person bitten by their dog shall be meted a fine of P 25,000.00

fyi lang. though there was no mention of absolution in cases where the biting incident happened inside the premises of the owner.
