And i thought SMART Communications was the worst when it comes to unscrupulous bills... LoL
wala sad common sense ilang customer service or even the agent who handled the call. Hello?!?!?! How many times do they encounter a billing dispute with that sky high fees? Even big companies who has corporate telco accounts doesn't have that!
Wala man lang naka ingon nga "Maam, we will have our billing dept look into your account and we will get back to you with the verified billed amount"
If this happened to me, nang leche nako ani nga telco.
Hala......common sense is not so common afterall!
Ohhh yes! I so totally agree...I still have a demand letter from their collection agency for a postpaid line that's been long discon for a year now... and the gigantic amount?!?!?! Php 1,203 (that's including a years worth of interest)
Php 1,203 <--- and they said they will sue my @ss if I don't settle the said amount! wahahaha.....
According sa report, ang real amount was €117.21.
It further noted,
So, naay possibility nga sa system [ang customer account information nga gitan-aw sa agent] is correct but ang na-print was not. Although that may or may not be possible kay automatic baya ang printing. But I agree ang ubang CS agents kay dili na lang jud mag-verify first.Bouygues Telecom's Director of Customer Relations, Alain Angerame, yesterday apologised for the mistake blaming a printing error.
My point was if it were printing problems and lahi ang naa sa system (real-time) then there is no way maka-kita sila sa problema. Unless they will check the copy of the printed bill, which might be what they did mao na-acknowledge nila ang problema.
If it was indeed a printing problem lang (provided nga nagsulti sa tinuod ang manager and not just trying to put up a show, you know marketing ploy, damage control, etc) possible nga ang na-withdraw sa system kay just the right amount nga €117.21.
Gi sue ta niya ang telcom, easy money sad. dala baws. lol
unsaon kaha niya og bayad ana nga amount tawn..libog gyud kaayo ni siya ana unsaon og bayad. delidako gyud ning post paid plan lagi.
"Ms. Solenne, pls pay before you complain..."
"there's nothing we can do..." epic gyud!
