Yes Sir.

and you're complaining that the drivers are being payed without them doing any driving and also their over time. What do you want ? A pay-per-drive scheme for the drivers ? Go ahead and try that and i'm sure all those drivers will resign or even do a public protest.
You miss my point big time!

What I am trying to stress out, is at first thought, it was believed nga ma-decongest na ang traffic along these highways due to truck ban...

Yeah, I don't disagree nga part siya sa solution! But ang worst contributor along north road highway is kanang mga undisciplined PUJ/PUV Drivers! And you still see decongested traffics in that area on broad daylight...

    How about this...

Magpickup sa tunga sa dalan ug pasahero...
    Himoong terminal ang shoulder lanes...

And my question is, would there be a time, nga kanang tanang highway puhon, mag truck ban na... I have no question about mandaue, lacion nga truck ban.. But Liloan? Seriously? Nga ang gadagan-dagan dira, tricyle ra man intawon ang gadaghan...

Bisan mga brand new cars nagkabarato nasad.

Like number coding, carpool... etc.
Tinuod, taphaw nga solusyon ang truck ban..

Tanawa na mga multicabs nga PUJ and jeepneys. Isa, duha, 3, 4 ra sulod...

I think number coding is appropriate, considering the size of our highways/city roads...

Truck Ban is not the sole solution, it's but one of plenty. But the other solution which is to strictly implement the traffic rules is the biggest problem since the authorities are either lazy or corrupt.

i'm sorry, but in reality, this is all you can do - COMPLAIN. Even if you go to the authorities, they will always give a blind eye on this problem, that's how sad our life is.
    Tinood...

    We are at their mercy.

When I was in Hongkong as well as singapore, taman lang jud ta ug ingon, nga kanus-a kaha ang pinas maingon ana?

Mireklamo bitaw ko one time anang sa may lacion nga gihimo ug carwash ang shoulder lane, but my complaint fell on def ears. I even wrote a letter to one of the councilor dira sa lacion, paeta way action...

Murag mao na bitaw nay lakang sunod sa atung gobyerno. improve the transporation. BRT projects, sunod MRT or LRT. In that way mu daghan ang mag commute gamit ang public transport - So di naa kaayu kinahanglan private vehicles. So mugamay ang magdagan nga private cars. Or pwedi na maka limit ang govt pag issue ug license. So minus private cars, less trafiic and pwedi na i allow mga big trucks...

Plus we have 90+ million population...
