The house will be given up to anyone who would like to assume our Pagibig housing loan, payable for 25 years through Pagibig. We have already covered almost 3 years of the loan payment. The house cost 995K when we applied for the loan, now it already costs 1.2M. The good thing is, to anyone who wants to assume the loan, we would still base the cost to 995K instead of the appreciated value of 1.2M. That's a really huge amount of savings! All we really need is to get back what we already paid for the loan, the sum of 270K - which is very negotiable.
