Global warming had cause these floodings and dili tawon ta top contributors ana... precipitation is at all time high... since Ondoy nag sige na massive flooding. Mo over flow man gani ang RIVERS ug LAKES etc unsa pa kaha ang drainage LMAO.
ang akong i blame kay si tomas, si rama, cuenco, ang mga del mar, city council for the past 15 years, infrastructure ug mga cebuano nga way disiplina.
i blame the anti-rh supporter tungod nila nanaghan ang mga taw.... bwahahahahahahaha

@Romeojin - why so serious? i'm advertising here....
many blames to go around, but primarily, the severity is due to inefficient waste disposal and drainage systems.
First of all, attitude sa tao muy dakog factor. If people don't care about where they throw their trash, then no amount of unclogging the sewers using heavy equipment will ever solve that problem. Secondly, if the government can focus the budget on developing cash for trash programs, then they will be hitting two birds with one stone: solve the garbage problem and lessen mendicancy.
it's not only the gov. but us people as well... all we do is complain and yet we do nothing that could help with the problem...
