How many times do i have to see this brokenhearted things? hehe well anyway natural raman cguro na kita tanan naka experience man ug in ani... i remember when my gf and i broke up but that was a long time ago,naka remember lang ko ron kay naa nasad ni, well during those time i was in denial for quite sometime. i kept telling myself im not supposed to feel bad because it was not my fault, it was hers. i tried to hold back whatever it is i was supposed to feel at that time.. i always tell my self that im ok.. it was like i was making a stone out of my self. hard. numb. i kept myself in that stance for months, until later when i heard of the wedding preparations that it finally dawned on to me that the relationship was really over. and thats when i really felt the pain. and it was hard... i guess the earlier you accept things, the better for you and the earlier you can move on..
its always best to unload those heavy baggage and let off that steam with a friend or a group of friends. a third party can give you a very objective view on things which is exactly what you need in those times when you are flooded with emotions. it does help a lot..
