sa Sun Life Grepa, Manulife uban pa.... any idea?

Mao bha, sa sunlife grepa pud unta ko interesado, though wala ko moapply pa.. nahan ko mo suway ug mga commissioned base nga job, dagko jud kita especially kung mo hago jud daw ka... naay naginvite nako sa sun life ug mo try ko ddto as financial advisor, unsa mas maayo nga life insurance nga trabahoan ron....

murag naa nay thread ani before but more of the insurance thing not the job itself, any idea makatabang, makaencourage or makadiscourage.... I know suwayan jud dapat para makabalo ang usa if okay or not but if naay makashare sa ila experience mas maayo...

been there in bancasurance jobs before for more than 4 years... Top Banks actually,,, Life insurance is a hard selling job I mean the product itself - madugo na trabaho. though kapoy gyud kaayo pressures, sakit sa ulo, quota and everything. but, the selling skill nimo kay ma hasa gyud kag maau. if talking on the leads(prospect clients) di na ka mahago coz the bank people will provide u coz also the bank mismo kay naa sila quota for the insurance. then naa pud ka incentive ani... challenging ang work and i can say na enjoy nako. but its not a stable job for me kay ma kick out ka if u cannot hit the quota and the persistency. nindot ra ning insurance kung sideline kay mas daku ug igo... hehe

wow!! lisud jud mangita ug something to commit for the long-haul. Ganahan rba unta sad ko ani. anything that increases financial literacy. hahaaay.
