For a city to be in Mindanao known for its lefties and hide away for convicts and all the @ssholes in the country....well, it's only relevant that Davao should have a Vigilante group. You think a timid, soft spoken with without an iron fist can run Davao City like any other politicians there? Hell No!!!
and good luck to these human rights activists!!! They are concerned about these criminals, when in fact they should be more concerned about those that have been victimized by these criminals! I should say...these groups somehow have a warp sense of judgement!
