what do you guys think of the 680i Chipset? Is it better than 965?

I don't own any one of these beast but I'm also trying to find one which is best fit for me. I am also planning to upgrade my systems, the reason i am searching for the right one as well, so no regrets in the future.

there were some that is very confident to 965 or 975 or 680i. There were also guys that don't like 965 or 975 or 680i.
That all depends to us, to our requirement, what is the best that is compatible for our requirement. How high is our target for the FSB...
But I have seen lots of threads that if your planning for just a single gpu, hten, a 965 is a good choice.

I have also seen lots of threads using these bad ass guys. But don't expect to reach 4ghz with air. 3.9mhz max for stability@air.

Uncle toms take on the 680i seems to be pretty good. Well I guess its worth the wait, if they solve on the quirks on the 680i, im sure there will be "Advantages"
