either you have it or you don't. as simple as that. mura sa formative years pana daan. i am talking about diction and pronunciation.
but kung mga rules in gramar you can learn on it man daghan books. also to increase vocabulary, you need to read books, but to read really good books to enhance vocabulary need pud ta comprehension, which it think naa napud na nimo in early years of your learning life; but again maka improve ghapon little by little. so keep on learning lang...

Never mind about the pronunciation, it is only an ornament of language. English speaking countries differ in their pronunciations, for instance - Autralian English vs. American English, etc.. and even Americans have had their unique pronunciation in accordance with the state of their origin, for example the Texan Accent.
I never been recognize since ever kay hilmon man ko....mo talk ra ko pero limited....i know how to speak english but average lang....most of my co- student teacher b4 would discriminate me becoz they judge me nga dli daw ko kahibalo mo englsih and not worthy to majoring english.....
I hope that this year i can improve myself in english proficiency by using the primary language english and i hope so i can improve my communication skills into the highest level ...sometimes i get discourage becoz of negative feedbacks towards me and as of now i teach but not realted with my field but still disame i use primary language in teaching the subject...
