    TS
sayop man siguro pagka state nimo sa imong title kay misleading kaayo

    maybe ang dapat is:
Women have the right to defend themselves even to the point of bringing harm or death to their husbands

...bitaw bro, medyo murag na-intriga sad ko aning licensed to kill sad da... hehehe.. that's is not acceptable kaaU kung ing-ana man by the LAW. They don't have the rights, however, kung ne-defend lang silay as to protect themselves i think that would be a valid reason at the Court.

Sakto and this also calls for better courts & judges to handle such cases because this can be easily exploited

Basin daghan na hino-on patay using this law as a blanket of protection to cover their real intentions and get away with it

Based sa ABC dili naman ni about defense. Mahulog na premeditated murder or revenge na ni. So ang title sa thread is 'just' appropriate.

We must know our partner, basin sa pagkaila nato sa atong partner dli makabuak ug baso, in the long run, Tigre diay. Redundant law.. Naa naman ta Existing Law.. Please check.

    REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9262
    March 08, 2004

AN ACT DEFINING VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN, PROVIDING FOR PROTECTIVE MEASURES FOR VICTIMS, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFORE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Pag nadapatan na ka sa imong partner or wife, then nibalos ka , so the wife has the right to kill his husband. Kung ingon ani man gani kung manapat ang babaye, mas maayo buwagan nalang kay naa man diay silay right to kill their husband... Basin ma abuse ni nga law if madayon, masungayan ang mga babaye.
