girl/kuya don't be too negative. i was like you before so frustrated bcoz of that same reason. but I challenge myself that next time mo apply ko i will do better,

start from a small company like kanang ang hiring process is easy lang.,

be yourself

and always think positive.

i'm having my training right now at one of the centers somewhere(haha) all you have to do is be confident when ur answering questions.

as long as you can converse in english then your good to go.

what's the use of training if u don't give a chance to those fresh grad. na di pa fluent sa language, ofcorz expcted jd na dli pa jd hanas ang accent jd! tuga2 lng mog post no experience needed!!

true na ila gpan-ingon nga it's on how you express yourself during the interview.. naa ko nakadungan pag-intrvw, cum laude grad xa pero wla nkapasar sa initial intrvw...and pinaka-vital pud is when answering "Why do you want to work as a call center agent?"
never ever say, you want to improve your english communication skills (though you really want to) or even I want to gain more confidence in myself. First and foremost, they are not there to teach you. They are there to hire you and you help them in reaching their goals. Be confident lang jud. Practice. And avoid long pause and vernacular insertions during the interview.

you can also try reading books (english). or watch english movies. that would help. natural way of learning ug malingaw pa ka. :P good luck!

Amen to this post. Just because you passed the *minimum* qualifications does not guarantee that you will get hired.

Nothing is indeed fair or certain when you go job hunting. Companies don't owe you anything. You need to prove yourself... show them that though you lack the experience, you have the right attitude and potential.
