We need to correct the assumption na pwede ra magpautang ang isa ka country kung bayad na tanan niyang utang. This is so untrue.. Kabalo ba mo that the United States being one of the biggest lenders in the world is also the nation with the biggest debt?

this is part of marketing. this will solidify our country's "image" in the world and "hopefully", more countries will have us on their investment radar seeing how we have become a "lender" rather than a borrower.

mayta kausa ra ni nga marketing strategy para ang sunod surplus, sa ato tawng katawhan madalikyat hilabi na sa agriculture ug crime prevention. $1B worth of "appropriately" priced surveillance cameras on every street should be more than enough to deter crimes if not solve them in an instant without the police having to go through the whole pick-up someone with a police record to show the public we are doing our thing ploy.
