daghan napud schools sa banilad..not only the malls affect the traffic..
in the morning, its the schools in the area is affecting the traffic...
in the afternoon, its the malls turn...
waaah!...walay kabutangan...
although its nice to see the fast development of the area...it'll be nicer if it has traffic management coz you hardly see any CITOM in the area...
overall, i can compare the development of banilad to lahug...
Maabot ra jud na ang point bai nga mapangitaan ug solution ang traffic due to the development of the area... In fact the flyovers in the area starting from the one in Ayala is already a sign of that... But anyway it's nice that such establishments are being built, at least accessible na for people living there to shop and buy things...Originally Posted by darkhorse
companies prefer urban office locations because they have better access to labor, a wide range of housing options, and newer buildings with easier parking.. businesses were encouraged to locate near their labor force to reduce turnover, and on some types of businesses (like those into food business), having been situated in a congested are even yeilds them greater marketability and profits.. i'm not sure though if they were given special tax considerations like that of mandaue..Originally Posted by SweetKisser04
for commuters, espcially those driving private vehicles, they can opt at avoiding heavy traffic during rush hours by taking the mandaue barangay roads.. i agree with edwin that public works are done reactively.. perhaps, it saves them a great deal of effort and cost at giving justifications..
Kanang straight gyud from north to south and vice versa.

Yup bai straight North to South ang proposed nga LRT... It will pass starting from Tabunok to N.Bacalso (South Highway) passing to P.del Rosario and then up to Mabolo.... So those from Talisay who want to go to SM City, one ride nalang!
and as usual, magsalig napud ta sa mga hapon..hehehe...
i hope it will push thru...
and about flyover...nakaread ko sa news that there will be a flyover in banilad area..part sa katong project ni cuenco man siguro to or ni del mar...basta, naa..natukod naman ang duha, tulo nalang ang kulang..
Flyover, underpass, LRT ug road widening.
no budget? how come we were able to build that useless SRP and then just close it.
Naa na may flyover sa Ayala.Originally Posted by s.n.m.p.
