ang original samsung galaxy S kay dili ma update to ICS according to samsung... pero naa silay feature pack na pde nimu i.update...

im using galaxy s in ICS. Cyanogen ROM

go to this thread and find your device.....daghan ka makita ana na custom ROMs but you will need a rooted phone!! Meaning your phone's warranty will be void! But if you know what you are doing then Dali ra gyud kaau nah cya e update sa latest build na android but sa giingun nila na magdepende ra sad na sa phone unit and model...Good luck TS!!!

That's sad. First android paman ni nako I'll stick to it until the warranty is off or better yet learn more about smartphones.

depende sa unit sa imo phone. i'm using sony xperia ray , gingerbread pag palit nako den gi upgrade nako to ICS.

depende sa phone kung maka O2X akong unit gingerbread to cyanogenmod 9 ICS daghan man ug bug worst videocam ever . .

You can always try TS.....ang akoa man gani after a month akoa na gi-root....but before doing so kinahanglan read sa ka sa instructions kinahanglan makafamilar ka unsaon....and especially kinahanglan read sad ka sa thread on how to revive your phone if naa man gani problem while rooting your phone...but it's rare naman pud just use the right apps for your phone... malingaw jud ka TS kun rooted na imuhang phone kai kung pede pa lang every other day ka mag install og lain-laing custom ROMs na muha ganahan...anyway it's your decision.....good luck!!
