Total body workout bro. which includes napd ang cardio ana..
cardio and curl ups.
mostly cardio. jog, run..
@GlazerPro: I'm also thin like you and because I haven't exercised for 11 years, my 4 pack became one pack
I went back to the gym last February 2012 so take my advice with a grain of salt. Although wala pa nibalik ako 4 pack, my tummy has decreased in size.
1. I don't do intensive cardiovascular exercises, e.g., run on the treadmill for an hour, instead I try to raise my heart rate to the cardio leve within 15-20 minutes. I don't know the scientific reason behind it except that it helps you increase your metabolism even after you exercise. That is, you keep burning fat, even while at rest.
2. I don't eat the usual carbohydrates at night anymore. I just eat fruits, vegetables and lean meat. I still eat a hearty breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I now avoid sweet chocolates, ice cream, cake, candies, chips, soft drinks, etc.
3. As for my exercises, I have weight training MWF and plyometrics either Saturday or Sunday. If you build muscle, then your metabolism also increases. Plyometrics is a very fast way to increase your heart rate in a very short span of time. Try jumping jacks, 3 sets of 20. Hangos na ka anaAng core exercises pud nindot pero wala pa ko kasulay but they develop the muscles that you don't see and sa military kani ila mostly i-develop. Kabantay ka ngano makalakaw dugay mga sundalo with heavy packs, tungod na kusog ila core plus of course naa sila muscle endurance. Ila build dili bodybuilder and in fact naa pa bilbil gamay but their muscles are strong where it counts.
4. Drink lots of water. If you think you're hungry, drink water first. If your 'hunger' goes away, then you were just thirsty.
5. And never, ever, think of not eating lunch. Some people make a mistake of not eating thinking it would use their fat reserves. What usually happens is that your body would try to store fats hinuon to reserve energy and it may even 'eat' your muscles.
Ayaw lang dyud expect mawala dayun gut bai. If you really want it to go away, then work hard and continue. It's not fun to go to the gym. Until now naa pako pamaol but I'm sure kahibalo naman ka sa "No pain, no gain" and "You reap what you sow" sayings right.
Lastly, measure your gains in months rather than weeks. For example, check yourself after 3 months. Then adjust routine. Then another 3 months. Etc.
hala apil q ani..dako sad aq tiyan.. wa nah ni.gamay after panganak.. tsk.tsk.tsk.
Beer belly na TS?
bro. to tell you frankly, according to new research, only about 10 or 20% ang ma help sa excercise when it comes to trimming your belly. For individual who has the money, they go for liposuction, and it only takes the subcutaneous fats. The more stubborn and dangerous fats in your belly is the visceral fats, the fats that builds on your organs like the liver, pancreas, colon, etc. For starters, you may want to have a green tea each morning with calamansi and a teaspoon of brown sugar. But, there is a right program that is doable for everyone if you want to get rid of that stubborn belly once and for all... Text me bro, i may be able to help... 09239563954
