wala ko sure if locked ba siya..pero basing sa akong nabasahan unlocked na tanan Nexus S. try lang ug test lain2x nga sim card(try smart or sun) para matestingan if makadagan sya lain network provider.

Oo bai OTA. Make sure nga stock ROM ang current nga ROM sa imong Nexus S and ang version sa android is 4.0.4.
If di ka makapaabot, download the ICS factory image sa ilang site then update by OTA or download nimo ang JB update then flash nimo. Mao ni ang site sa factory images --> https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images

Wala pa OTA update for Nexus S. Pero Galaxy Nexus naa na. Still waiting for the OTA for my Nexus S.

I manage to unlock and convert to latest yakju (yakjujp 4.02 to yakju 4.0.4) my gnex and then check update "BOOM" 4.1 ota but its available thru wifi only...ugh!
