i really need assistance with my G-Cash transaction to load my retailer. My G-Cash was decuted, but the amount wasnt credited to my retailer's account. My number is 09276614576 and i-tech account USD482... my retailer is UR23124...

i transacted the transfer from my G-Cash to UR23124 amounting to P300.00 last 02-23-2007 at 10:25:40am to 28829175256626...

i typed:

300 G-Cash PIN UR23124 and was sent to 28829175256626

Nothing heard about my complaint. Anyways, il try to ask DTI about this and also DOTC (I hope theyll reply with my letter-complaint)... So that if ever there is something wrong with it, ma corrected sya. Para gamay ra mailad.
