    1.session means kanang times nga moadto ka sa gym .. everytime u go there coutned nana as one of ur sesions
    2. 15 is the counting bai and x3 means repeat kag 15 counts 3 times
    3. no best workout time as long as u had ur rest para condition ka sa imo program

    cardio program is supposed to be before your workout para d ma burn imo muscles, u go for cardio to burn up excess fats and nto muscles, after cardio mag program daun ka building ur muscles.. if u want to ahve lean muscles or gainig ka .jogging ba ron..dapat d lapas 30 mintues bro .. kai muscles na ang hilison ana exceeding that amount of time

    actually bro it's not the excess fats that will burn when u do cardio before weights but the glycogen needed for u to lift the weights if ever ul be doin cardio before weights much better if u do it down to 5mins only just to warm up those muscles after do some stretching before u hit the weights. once ur done with the weights then thats the time u do ur cardio cause its not the glycogen that u will be burning but the excess fats plus there's a great percentage for improved muscle growth if you're doing the cardio after weights....Cardio Before, or After Weights?     Hi, I hope macheck pa ni nimo. When you say session it the workout that you'll be doing for the day. Like when you say nay dance session, it means a one time activity. kanang 10-12 ug 15x3 10-12 ug 15 - means the repetitions for the 3 sets that you will be doing on your workout. Like this:

    1st set - 10 reps
    2nd set - 12
    3rd set - 15 (or vice versa)

    Although reps may vary depending sa nagtudlo or sa individual mismo. Best time to workout depende, kung psychologically, it depends gyud. if ganahan ka or you are that type na pagmata kusgan na daun or energetic na morning would be good. Just eat a little para di ka magmahay sa sud gym. ALthough there are those who say na mas makaburn daw kag fats sa morning or sayo sa buntag. If noon ka muworkout ang temperature imo kontra pero since we're not like americans na na andan ang bugnaw na climate you'll do just fine. Working out during afternoon or night time would also be good kaso it means na limited na imo time after workout kay hapit na ka matog ana. pero depende gyud ni sa time management. No right or wrong time of the day to workout it just depend on the individual. Ciao!

    Boss, taga negros ko peo dugay nako sa Cebu (pacensya if usahay sayop ako grammar lol). 6 years na ko naggym . Natural Bodybuilding ako trip. natempt sad before mugamit steroids pero everytime musuway ko nay makarealize nako. hehe pero I respect gyud those who use (those lang who know how to use it as I know a lot of people who use it and has the knowledge to back it up). Ikaw bro? pila naman ka ka years nag gym?

    Depende dude. Like mo depend gyud na sa imong lifestyle to be honest.. but for a good workout gyud.. 4 times a weeks would be okay na .. although di nimo ma buhat ang one major bodypart a day na structure kay when you say major , it includes back, chest, legs and even the delts. now ang arms ang isegregate nimo if u want na matrain gyud ning upat. but depende gyud nimo. pwede sad ka mag 3 times a wekk. na gani ko kaila 2 days a wekk and he still can maintain his physique. It all depends gyud sa proper training, time management ug intensity u put into every session. go for four times a week or 3. newbie pa bitaw ka.. bisan 3 times paka magworkout (assuming seryoso ka magtrain) mudako gyud after a month of after a few weeks of weight training.
