FYI: Windows Defender is just a FIREWALL... not an Antivirus Program... Windows Defender usually disables itself when you try to install any Antivirus program to allow it to install properly. After installing the Antivirus program, it automatically enable itself back. This default windows firewall is not as dependable as those in the market. I disabled mine and instead, I installed a Comodo Firewall.. Anyways, most premium antivirus today have included firewall packages so your default Windows Defender is auto disabled and theirs running... Your concern should be having two firewalls running...
