Is Perfectionism a Virtue or is it a Barrier?

For me it's more looked up to as just "being perfect" not because it has to be, must be, or certain levels of necessity
Yah I might agree when the TS says it's "inculcated" because it's nothing more of an act of vanity rather than practicing
Yah gusto kaayo tah ug perfect pero but rather than practicing it and incorporating it to our daily deeds, simplest task or at least having a tiny dose of it in our work ethics, ironically mas mu prevail gihapon ang "pwede ra na...ok ra na...maayo nalang kaysa wala" mentality.

Otherwise mu lambo na unta tah in the manufacturing industry kay taas unta atong quality of goods.

Perfectionism is more of a hindrance
Or it's just mere VANITY!!!

perfectionists are all great and good in my book.. as long as they don't go over the line.. and become Obssesive Compulsive / control freak .. i dont know if sakto akong term to be honest. correct me lang gud if i am wrong hehhehee.. pero para nako man gud being a perfectionist is sometimes required to meet a certain standard.. but when u go overboard na and if u want things to be the way u want it be even though its impossible then diha na mahimong hindrance / barrier.. kay in life bya... there are always going to be things that are just way out of our control..

hehehe..naa ko kauban sa work sa una nga perfectionist, daghan ka officemates niya dili ganahan kay kuti kaayo, in the end gi papha sa company kay daghan naman siya kontra..
