"browser and start-up" <--- SSD will solve this, if using mechanical drives it will still be slow from a cold boot.
"4pcs 4gb ddr5 ram" <--- I think this is for GPUs only, haven't seen DDR5 na ram sticks.
"Bus Width" <--- The amount of data your GPU can get from your VRAM, bigger is usually better

RAM para nako is Capacity > Latency > Frequency. Mas daghan RAM mas responsive jud imong PC, you won't feel the difference sa 1333mhz and 1600mhz kung regular use lang.

I really don't recommend installing a 64 bit OS with less than 4GB RAM. Naa difference ang 32bit and 64bit kernel and system files. Mas dagko ang 64bit, so samot ka kulang imong 2GB.

    OT: I got 4GB X 2 and 2GB X 4 DDR3 1333mhz extra hahahaha

    4gb ddr5 ram
wala pa dani ddr4 nga ram nag una nka.

    last question, can i use a DDR5 as long as its PCI-E type?? which is better?? 2gb ddr3 256bit or 1gb ddr5 128bit??
1gb is enough for daily usage 2gb can be use in a large resolution graphics editing. a higher bit can optimize frame rates of the game played.

naa sa set-up sa mobo (BIOS/EEPROM) ang pag OC sa processor ug ram. ang sa gpu kay software based na sya... kun mag OC gani, dapat, nindot or upgraded ang cooling system para dali ma dissipate ang init. kay kun dili, mo hang ang system kay mag over heat ang components... mao ni ang maka short sa life span pud kay lagi, stressed to near max limit or even on the limit itself ang mga gi OC na components...

old techs processors (but not all) can be OC'ed by physical jumpers (wiring) on the socket holes... para mo saka ang core voltage sa processors...

kung dili ka mag OC then 1600mhz automatic mo downclock ang e set sa motherboard ana to 1333mhz. so no need to worry.
