    The Philippines needs to forge stronger ties with the other parties in contention with the general vicinity...I know Vietnam, and Malaysia are willing to share those islands. At least it will somewhat deter China from doing anything rash. And Taiwan can join on the fray as well. We can't always appease China if it keeps acting up. You offer them a snack they'll want the whole kitchen.
