Hi TS. question lang. im using a temp plate number then i've heard na na upload na daw sa database sa LTO ako orig na plaka.

My question is: can i already use the original plate number? (eventhough the temp number is listed in my CR)
OR should i stick with the temp?

2nd question is: what do i do to be able to use the original plate?
