Epic fail, it should be better handled by the SWAT to defuse the critical situation. Rest in peace to those who died.

each unit has its own bomb defusing team.. coached by the same personnel. dont be that ignorant. accidents happen. the men knew the job was dangerous, and they accept it.. RIP, condolence to the family. i hope they will be properly compensated. theyre heroes
