Good kaayo oe! but for condo, mas nindot guro if house nalang jud, naka.nindot sa cebu kay dili tah dali maigo sa bagyo cause daghan man ug neighboring island barriers hehe and dili kayo grabe ang traffic unlike sa manila and nindot ang urban life hehe thats all share lang..![]()
it's 50-70 years bai, it's part of the condominium law here in our country, people who find this negative and discouraging don't have common sense.
Your condominium Unit is part of a building, I think wla pay building natukod na mo last more than 50 years when we talk about their strength and designs. Even House and Lot's need to be renovated every 10 years pero dli lng mabantayan ang H & L because ang pag renovate niya hinay2x unlike a building na tingub tanan.
You do not Own the whole Building just a stock holder of it. So decisions will be made by the Home Owners what kind of renovations na buhaton or ibaligya nlng siya.
Nothing last in this world even your body so don't expect all the properties you bought will be yours forever. Hope that helps![]()
