Even if responsable ka accidents MIGHT still happen. Mas maayo ang maglikay. Wala man sad madala nga maayo ang pabuto ba.

Same with breathing smog from the exhaust of private vehicles nga ga-cause ug clog and traffic sa city streets...why? I'll tell you why...TANANG TAWO GUSTO MAGKASAKYANAN...hahay bisan pa nagkautang utang na, and ang balay or garahe hapit na mahugno/mag collapse, basta naay shiny new sakyanan, lipay na dayon ang Pinoy--ang babaw talaga.

Unless you change that mentality too, you will have a hard time changing how people think about fireworks or smoking.
