Have it this way TS:

128 = 64 x 2
256 = 128 x 2 and so on...
DDR2 = DDR + DDR
DDR3 = DDR2 + DDR2
DDR5 = DDR3 + DDR3

so 256 bit DDR2 has the same theoretical speed as the 128 bit DDR3 and 64 bit DDR5 if naa man gani...
256 bit DDR3 has the same theoretical speed as the 128 bit DDR5...

so based on this one... you should go for the 128 bit 9500 GT...

As a response to your thread title I'd say depende sa model nga gipangkumpara but since gi-specify na nimo, then yes, the 9500GT.

You overlooked a parameter which is of greater importance than memory bandwidth. I choose 9500gt not because it has the bigger memory bandwidth but because of the 32 shader processors compared to the 16 of the 8400GS.
