no oath taking...no formal proclamation...was not able to seat as president
in malacaņang...waste of time!.the media should not even be including it in the

IF and when the fact finding institutions find the truth the FPJ really won that election, then he should be proclaimed as TRUE WINNER... but he can not be proclaimed as president because circumstances prevented that to happen and he was never sworned-in.
