Your budget wont fit on the preferred areas bai . Naa ko 2 to 3 good locations but outside man sa preferred areas nimo . Mga prime locations man gud na mao ayaw na ug ampo if naa pa ka makita na 2 to 3 bedroom na apartment below 12K , murag wala gyud .

ok raman pod ang 1 br apartment ba... hehhe.. aslong as it has with kitchen .. up

Have you considered HAPPY VALLEY area sir ? In between na siya sa BANAWA and V. RAMA AVE.

Naay for rent sa Francisca Village although 15K a month siya but very negotiable and 3 bedroom with a big garage , masigo 2 ka cars and 2 bathrooms with of course kitchen and living room . Triskiad lang nuon ang main transpo for the main road but cabs can be easily accessed in less than 5 minutes .
