    yap, naa deduction. kato ng maternity leave ko, dako-dako jud ang minus ky 2 months mn sd ko wla ng work.

    deductions lng na ang absent,kung moabot imo incentive for the whole year of more than 30k,taxable nana siya..

    sa akong experience, way deduction ang 13th month nako (full jud sya = 1 month base pay) maski pa naay mga absences or leaves based on the following:

    - connected na ka sa company for the full year (january to december)
    - wala ka ka dawat og laing bonuses for that year or ang imo 13th month/base pay is less than or equal to 30,000.

    (not sure lang sa late kay wah may late2x sa among office )

    32% ang i tax sa sobra na amount sa 30,000...

    Depende ra gyud na sa company unsaon pag hatag...

    yes i know sa meaning sa net pay... ,limpyu na tanan, like deduction sa sss, phil health ug absences nimo.. if confused ka ask sa HR nimo ..hehehe ana na sya pag compute ay

    add imong net pay sa 15 ug 30 , kanang limpyu na madawat nimo taga sweldo.
    e add nimo tanan from jan-1 nov 30. then divided by 12..




    PS di ta maglalis kay mao nay ge tudlo sa company namo...

    It depends ra gyud intawn na employer pasalamat nlng ta if makadawat ta ug 13th month uban gani wla mura wla sila 13th month due daw kuno sa economic crisis gipapili sila 13th month o lay.off.
